I highly disagree with the claim that Anakin Skywalker never reached his force potential and never learned to draw that inner power out of himself, that inner power is his full potential and it is shrouded out by his mental condition, he is full of guilt and inner turmoil, recall that line "you must break through the fog of lies the Jedi have created around you" to do that he needs to solve his mental handicaps, recall that other line "in time you will learn to trust your feelings, then you will be invincible" this is commentary from Lucas directly, Anakin is invincible when he sorts out his feelings and frees himself of this mental fog/clouding, and that is the chosen one at his full potential. Before that, he was a fodder Sith marauder licking Jorak Uln's boots, which also puts him beneath Uthar and Yuthura, and consequently, Bandon. As for his supposed victory over Vash, not only we don't know whether they fought in the first place, we also need to remember that the potential fight would've taken place at Korriban, a powerful dark side nexus. The only solid scaling that Sion for sure benefits from is scaling over pre-desertion Visas, which is nothing spectacular. As much as I love Sion as a character, he is a trash combatant. There's really no way around it.

As much as I simp for Jerec- I play a descendant of his in a Star Wars tabletop game at the time of writing this comment- I can't argue with the outcome of this video. Jerec was a field scholar during his time with the Jedi Order. When he was found by the Inquisitorious during the reign of the Empire, he was only allowed to live because his gifts as aMiraluka, combined with his scholarly background meant that he could find the rumored Valley of the Jedi. He chose to join them, and over the years as an Inquisitor, most of his energy was dedicated to seeking the Valley of the Jedi, during a time when Jedi did next to nothing, and Sith were believed extinct, save for Palpatine and Vader. Most Inquisitors were too weak for the Jedi to have bothered with, and were often decades behind in their training. Jerec being a glorified librarian was still vastly superior to most Inquisitors, and that says so very little when the Jedi were so rare. Malgus was a living Terminator with Force powers, born in a peak period of history where Jedi / Sith combat was the norm, and in order to survive, one had to be the best at destroying their opponents. Malgus is a juggernaut. Jerec was a C+ grade of Jedi-turned-Inquisitor, in a field of D- peers, and eventually crossed paths with an A- who would mature into an S+. Malgus had to be an A+ on his worst days, when anyone less than a B was as good as dead.
